Recruitment Procedure
To initiate the recruitment process, the employer and Rahmania Corporation must establish a formal agency agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the demand and supply of manpower from Bangladesh. Both parties must sign the agreement, signifying their acceptance of the stated terms, ensuring a transparent and structured hiring process.

Employer's Part
Power of Attorney
The employer or principal must issue a Power of Attorney to Rahmania Corporation, authorizing us as their true and lawful representative in Bangladesh. This empowers us to handle all recruitment-related affairs with the Bangladesh government on behalf of the employer, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring process.
Demand Letter
The employer or principal must issue a formal demand letter to Rahmania Corporation, specifying job categories, the number of required workers, monthly salary, duty hours, contract duration, and worker benefits such as food, medical care, transportation, airfare, accommodation, and other provisions. This ensures clarity and transparency in the recruitment process.
Visa Documents
Please note that this specific document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The employer or principal must provide visa documents (Okala), which serve as official authorization from the government of the employing country to recruit workers from Bangladesh. These documents must be original, authenticated, and acceptable to the respective embassy for processing.
Company Registration Copy
Please note that this document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A photocopy of the company registration must be provided as part of the recruitment process.
Consular Letter
Please note that this document requirement applies only to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. A letter addressed to the Consular General of the recruiting country is required, requesting approval for the recruitment of candidates from Bangladesh, as per the demand letter and the stated visa block number.
Employment Agreement
Copies of standard employment contract between employer and employee are required.
Agency Agreement
The employer and Rahmania Corporation must sign an agency agreement outlining all terms and conditions, which will serve as the guiding document for both parties. The Authorization Letter, Power of Attorney, and Demand Letter must be original, duly sealed and signed by the sponsor or authorized person, and attested by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Candidate Sourcing

Pre-Screening

Candidate Orientation

Client Interview Process
Employers or their representatives conduct interviews—either in person or via video calls—to assess and finalize candidate selection, ensuring the best match for their requirements.
Contract Paper Signing
Once selected, candidates formally sign an employment contract outlining job terms, salary, benefits, and conditions, ensuring clarity and mutual agreement.
Final Orientation By Client
Some employers provide additional orientation sessions to give candidates deeper insights into company policies, safety procedures, and workplace culture.
Candidate Document Processing
We handle all necessary paperwork, including passport verification, employment contracts, and government registrations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Candidate Medical Check-up
All selected candidates undergo a thorough medical examination at authorized healthcare centers to meet the health standards set by the employing country.
Visa Stamping
Once the medical clearance is obtained, we facilitate the visa stamping process through the respective embassy, ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for legal employment.
BMET Clearance
We secure clearance from Bangladesh’s Bureau of Manpower, Employment, and Training (BMET), which is mandatory for overseas employment and ensures worker protection.
Ticket Booking
After receiving all necessary approvals, we coordinate and book flights for the candidates, ensuring a smooth departure to their destination country.
Flight & Deployment
The final step is the candidate’s departure to the employer’s destination, where they embark on their new job, contributing to the workforce and achieving career growth.
