Job Description
Rahmania Corporation, a trusted name in manpower recruitment, is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Assistant Manager (Admin) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication, negotiation, and administrative skills who can manage internal operations and build strong relationships with our partners and clients—both local and international.🔍 Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required candidates
- Convince and motivate suppliers to increase the number of quality candidates for specific trades/professions
- Communicate effectively with foreign clients and partners to understand their requirements and share timely updates
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and support smooth workflow across departments
- Coordinate internal logistics and support documentation for manpower processing
- Maintain and update reports, files, and records as needed
- Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure alignment between supply and demand
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—must be fluent in both Bengali and English
- Ability to negotiate and convince suppliers and stakeholders
- Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Prior experience in admin or operations role will be an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
